Small little hotel-public gym but very well equipped! Bench press, weights, smiths machine, dips, cable pulls, lots off medicine balls, suspension cables (not TRX but not important), two C2 rowing machines, plenty of cycles, treadmills and a couple of machines. Quiet at night which is great for hotel guests.

Needs more room and ventilation could be improved.

I emailed Odyssey to enquire about membership, to the address mentioned on their website. However be aware - the gym has taken my details and signed me up to their advertising mail-out without any mention to me. If this is how prospective client's information is handled I will not be pursuing membership. Staff are friendly.

i was bit annoyed by the person who took my appointment didn't mention about after hours charge but i got the best massage there so it was all good. Lady there was very good at massage and friendly.
