If I can do ZERO star, I would be.
We saw the good reviews and chose the 90 mins $149 massage.
The good moment was just when she wiped my feet with a warm towel at the first. That's all.
I felt she didn't know which area to do massage. the areas she pressed hurt or no feeling.
She pressed on bone instead of muscle and my body tensed up more and more.

I asked for a shoulder, neck and head massage instead of arms and when she massaged my head, She rubbed with a towel around my head and it wasn't a massage. my long hair was completely tangled and I couldn't brush my hair with my hands.

Eventually I stopped the massage and after 40 mins of service she refunded only $30. When I complained about the price, she charged $65 of $149.
She offered me a hot tea or water, but her expression was already frozen.
At the end she said sorry but her face looks angry and cold. I asked her are you truly sorry or angry but she just went into the room.

I had to wait almost an hour for my boyfriend's massage to finish.
I've never had such bad service before, so I'm so embarrassed.
Rather, I felt thankful and sorry for the male staff who helped my boyfriend.

+ I just saw the feedback, and you just proved how so bad you are. If you are the owner, you should recognize the inconvenience of the customer and try to move forward. you just treat me like a stranger.
I gave him $10 tips, because even my experience was bad, my bf was happy with him. Also I paid my own things as well even she didn't want to refund money. You seem to be mistaken that you should get 5 stars unconditionally. Lol I shouldn't have tipped. good luck too.

The Retreat, a Thai massage joint where they bend you like a pretzel without breaking a sweat. These girls, they got hands that know what they are doing. Clean as a whistle, the place is, and the rooms? Spacious enough to stretch properly. Highly recommended, if you fancy getting twisted into a human origami. Or if you need a soft relaxing remedial massage, it’s just the place.

Amazing experience every time I’ve visited. Tempted to make it a weekly occurrence the massages are so good! The masseuses are attentive and overall give a great massage with amazing pressure, which they check beforehand. I’d definitely give them a visit if you’re in the city or Pyrmont. It’s also very easy to book in by giving them a call and they will always make time . The correct number is on their website as I think the number connected to Google is disconnected or incorrect.

Had an amazing massage with therapist Fee. If you are looking for great pressure points relieve therapy. One tough and feeling my back and shoulders like a new!!!! Had a great experience of therapist and amazing customers service at this massage place !

Really friendly service and the massage was excellent. She automatically found all the tight parts of my neck, shoulder and back and put a lot of effort in to make it less tight. My pain and stiffness feels much better now and she often checked on the pressure and if I was okay ~ so I could tell she really cared that she wanted to do a good job. Thanks!

For the past 2 days, I had this nagging headache and my neck was stiff. Nothing dramatic but very annoying. Nurofen did really help so I decided to book a massage.

I chose 90 minutes thinking it might take more than 60 minutes to fix me (LOL) and I really wanted to make sure this pain would go away. After the first 15 minutes, she found the spot!

Needless to say that I was very happy! The rest of the massage was excellent. I'm no expert but this is probably one of the best Thai massages I had.

This is my new massage place!
