Rooms are clean and cozy, beds are comfortable and also very clean. Although the rooms are nice, there were a few concerns. Firstly, there is no safe or anywhere to store your things and other reviews mention staff coming into their rooms (not sure how true this though). Second, the rooms are extremely loud. There is a large gap at the bottom of the doors so can hear banging of doors throughout the night. I think this could be helped with maybe a stopper on the bottom of the door or including something to put along the bottom. We travelled interstate, so had quite large suitcases and despite seeing this, the receptionist did not even open the door even after seeing us struggle to hurl them up the stairs. There was also no utensils in the room other than spoons, maybe there should be even a few forks or bigger spoons for snacks. The fridge kept things cold (reviews said otherwise) but ours at least was cold. The shared bathroom was clean and nice, but maybe a sign you could flip on the door to say it is occupied would be nice to stop people coming and trying to bang on the door whilst showering. Overall, is in a great spot that is easy to access from Sydney CBD but don’t bring too much luggage as there is no elevator or assistance from staff.

Just got back to Melbourne after the most delightful three night stay at Jensens Potts Point.

My 2.5 year old daughter and I went for a girls long weekend trip to celebrate my birthday. This hotel was absolutely perfect.

What drew me to it was the amazing location and pricing, and I was so happy with everything for the entire duration of the stay.

Super clean, sleek, minimalist and stylish ammenities. Everything is so well thought out and planned. Checking in and out is easy and timeless with their online email check in.

Shared bathrooms are not a worry. I didn’t have to wait once and they were always super clean.

Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for something central and budget friendly. It is such great value for money.

And, the aroma therapy they have in the hotel is so lovely.

Will definitely return if I come back to Sydney anytime soon.

Special thanks to Wendy at reception, so lovely and friendly.

Booked here with friends, the room was super tidy and clean. Super aesthetic and cozy place.
The front desk lady was straight forward with the house rules. I definitely would recommend this place to short stay travelers.

Suggestion: hopefully there’s a sign board or lock on the shared bathroom since I almost walked into a guest having his moment.

This hotel was so good, a bed was so comfortable also room was clean and good smell. Staff who is receptionist she was so nice, she let me come to check-in before 2pm cuz I asked her before I came in the hotel that ‘Can I leave my luggage first? ‘ at around 11 am, she said I can check in and leave my bag in my room. The way she said that make me feel elated?

Regarding, bathroom I booked one bedroom shared bathroom, it’s doesn’t matter for me. However, bathroom was so clean, doesn’t have many people using it I think.

Perfectly clean and appointed rooms. A glamorous 'hostel style' (shared bathrooms) hotel in an amazing location. Front of house went over an beyond. A special shout out to Wenti for taking such wonderful care of us.

This hotel is super noisy. You can hear every sound from other rooms and outside. Shared bathroom is inconvenient. And the location is not that great. You have to take a bus or train for going CBD or circular quay.
The room it self is clean and neat.
The staffs are available only 8AM-3PM.

It is located in a nice area, but that's about it. It is very noisy! The room is super small. It is warm, even with the air conditioning on. The shared bathrooms are dirty and it doesn't seem like they are cleaned (even after being told that they are dirty), which speaks to the level of service.

There was no one at the reception and we didn't get an email about what to do. I could enter with someone else who was already in the building, otherwise there were no options. Had a second trip planned here, but cancelled immediately. Service is 0. Hotel is not good.
