Extremely overpriced for the service provided. My friend and I sent through the following email outlining our disappointment and the owner didn't even have the decency to reply:

"Hi Lorraine

My friend and I recently visited your Salon for the first time on Monday 5 January and there were several aspects of your service that we found disappointing.

We telephoned to book in for two standard pedicures together. At no time were we offered the option of your regular ‘Mini Medi Pedi’ at $65 but rather we were automatically booked in for the much more expensive service ‘Pampered Feet’ which we had not requested nor did we require it. The price per person for this service was not indicated to us when booking and was only disclosed to us, at our request, after we were inside your Salon. Had we known we were paying $99 each when booking we would have either selected a less expensive alternative or sourced another salon.

In addition to the above, we were given ‘recycled’ slippers to wear and the quality of the nail polish was less than satisfactory. Several of our toes rubbed off within the hour and the polish surface is rough and very ‘puckered’. For what should have been an exclusive service we did not get any value for our money.

Your young girls were most accommodating and very friendly, but were not aware of the prices of your services. When asked, they did not know that a Gel Overlay was $70 – had we known this was so costly we would never have added this to our $198 bill.

Unfortunately our disappointing and very costly experience at your Salon put a dampener on our day out. We hope this feedback will assist you in making some adjustments to your business.
