We had a wonderful stay at 700 Acres. Stunning accommodation and property. On second day there was an issue with water pump, fixed very promptly by host. The only thing missing was an egg flip.
Highly recommend holidaying here, we will definitely go back!

Great 4 nights camping on a perfect property. Probably the best spot we’ve camped and we’ve been to a few! Quiet and secluded area for our group of 10 but still only 20mins drive to shops etc. We stayed in cottage creek camp and it had a large flat private area with fire pit and lovely outlook. If you are looking for somewhere to camp and are pretty self sufficient with a 4wd this is the spot. I think Cate has some conventional access camps too. We will be back for sure. Thanks Cate👍

700 acres was the perfect venue for our wedding. Every guest commented on how perfect the day was and how much fun they had. Many guests enjoyed the fire and the caterers commented on the excellent facilities in the kitchen. Cate (the owner) was extremely accommodating of all our requests and helpful with the set up and pack up for our wonderful day.
This was definitely the perfect venue for our perfect day. It will be one we never forget.
We look forward in coming back to camp for years to come!

Celebrated a Family Reunion at 700 acres and it was the perfect setting. Facilities are clean and tidy with loads of personality. Glamping tents are amazing and luxurious.
The Barn is rustic and the perfect spot for any celebration. A huge firepit out the back.

We just had our Wedding at 700 Acres. All of our guests couldn’t complement the property enough and spoke so highly of the relaxed layed back feeling of our day, which was exactly what we were looking for! To have the venue for 48 hours made life so easy! And to have an amazing host made it all that better! Couldn’t recommend 700 Acres more for an event and we can’t wait to come back to camp 🥰

We’ve just spent two very relaxing nights at Elysium Lodge and could have stayed much longer. The lodge itself is very clean, practical and homely with many special touches which reflect the caring nature of our host Cate. She went well above the call of duty to help us resolve a problem we encountered with our vehicle.
As nice as the lodge is, the real magic for us was outside the door. It is so quiet and peaceful. An absolutely beautiful view overlooking a tree covered valley…birds in the trees, frogs croaking, the sounds of the bush, beautiful sunsets , no traffic noise… and the visits from mother and baby donkey.
Our dog absolutely loved going for off leash walks and swimming in the dam.

Had a fantastic long weekend away over Easter, we had a very private spacious camping spot and were able to bring all of our dogs along as well. A hail storm came through on the first night and my friends tent got destroyed, the owners of the property came to check on us and provided a tent for my friends to use for the rest of our stay.

The lovely little 3 bedroom cottage was just perfect , 3 large beds nice little cosy cottage with great kitchen and cute little lounge and dining room
Lovely modern bathroom all been renovated whole cottage and was just perfect for our get away from brissy and bringing our little furry babe and lorrikeet , we had a ball , the stay was perfect for my hubby and i and our 2 babes , great cottage to bring 2 other couples or your kids .
The place was magical relaxing peaceful , lovely koala in tree, 3 lovely donkeys and lots of bird noises coming from the trees close by .
It was the most relaxing stay , just what we needed for 5 days .
The cottage has everything you need and fully equiped and more , beds lovely and comfy .
Great outside under cover area with an 8 seater table to sit out at nite , the lovely breezes that came through Were awesome .
The day was hot but the nite and morning was cool and just perfect about 18 , day was about 35
So worth it very much .
If you like peace tranquility , great hospitality from cate owner who lives on the 700 acres in her own place , great bush walking and tracks go stay here as we will be back .
Cate the owner was so lovely and i dealt with cate prior to driving out to crows nest which is about 2 hours and 15 mins from brisbane on south side , nothing was a drama for cate and asked lots of questions and she was extremely helpful .
I cannot fault this lovely place , it was so perfect and sooooooo clean also
Thanks a million cate keep up the fantastic hospitality for your guests , the lovely owner leaves you to relax and enjoy your own place and privacy and cate is there if you did need her for any emergencies .
