I have stayed here before many years ago, not long after it opened actually, so I knew it was a little gem of a hotel, perfect for solo travelers too. My room was perfect for me & I had a good sleep, good bed, good pillows. I was able to store some food I had in their staff fridge & collect it in the morning. The breakfast offering were great with the help yourself coffee machine, just enough to get you started for the day. The Christmas decorations looked amazing, someone has a skill there! The hotel is an easy walk from Central station with an Woolworth's Metro just down the road. And last but not least, the staff - really friendly, easy check in & out experience, and super smiles.

Small bed was a bit small but everything else was amazing. The staff were wonderful and helpful. Plus the decor was so much fun. Our kid loved the disco lift! We will definitely be back next time we stay in the Sydney CBD and have recommended it already

I want to thank the excellent staff for their superior service during my 5 days in Sydney. They are knowledgeable, helpful and always at the ready. They seem to care and want visitors to this lovely city to have a truly special experience. A shout out to Bernadette and Kieran for going above and beyond over and over.

Our room was great and extremely quiet.
We slept so very well. Cheers to all for their hospitality and professionalism.

Rooms: good, but it was a bit annoying that we needed to close the curtains when we used bathroom, as the partition between the room and bathroom was a transparent glass.

Service: you can grab a bite in the morning and a coffee for 24 hours at the ground floor.

Location: close to the central station. Amazing.

Value for money: reasonable.

Friendly staff, great coffee and breakfast treats, rooms clean and comfortable. TV kept losing signal every few minutes though which was a bit annoying. Would definitely stay there if visiting Sydney in the future with my husband, very handy to Central station.

Yes a very elegant hotel close to Central station on first impressions. The rooms are nice but not as elegant as the reception area.
Free coffee & cakes in the foyer all day and the reception staff are very efficient. All in all if you want to stay near Central station or the light rail, this is your best choice.

In many ways a very impressive hotel, clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Well situated for Central station with its link to the airport. Lose a star for the somewhat bizarre layout of the bathroom and the toilet squashed up against a pillar. If you’re tall (like me) you have to sit sideways!!

Location perfect. Right by Central station but within the lovely Surry Hills. I think it’s the best location for exploring Sydney whilst needing to be near the airport. The staff are fantastic esp. Kieren and Bernadette (?) who were so kind when I arrived - amazing service! Rooms were great and the price is reasonable 🙂
