I wanted to give 5 stars, truly I did. As the staff are just the loveliest, and the service is excellent. The location and selection and options to eat also are great, but the food portions and tastes are underwhelming. I mean, I’d be much happier if the food was dressed up a bit more, some interesting sauces and what not. Plus, for what we were given, it took way too long too come to us (and the place wasn’t packed at all). I’d still recommend this place though, a lovely experience nonetheless:)

Went here with my friend, staff were lovely and friendly.
The atmosphere is simply stunning.
I would have liked to have been able to give 5 stars but unfortunately my friend and I were somewhat disappointed.
We ordered a Cajun chicken and avocado Turkish bread for $18.50 each after hearing it had pickles in it. My friend is Lebanese so both of us thoroughly enjoy pickles.

The Turkish bread was still nice however the lack of pickles was the only disappointment. We did mention to the lady serving us and she apologised that she thought there was pickles on it and she's tasted the sandwich before.
This may indicate some better training on the menu is needed.
I would still visit again, the experience was however quite different to the one I had there some years ago.

Picture of the view from outside with my yummy refreshing apple juice ?

Maybe 3.5 stars. The boys running it seem to have a focus on quality produce sourcing, but need to concentrate on quality production as well. The toast was burnt and the plates / cups were a bit dirty, but otherwise quite good. Not sure how long they have been going but I am sure they will improve. Good location, friendly staff and good selection. Excellent probiotic drinks.

We went on a weekend for breakfast/brunch around 10.45am. There was one other table of 4 in the cafe. Not a busy day at all in summer by the beach.
They took our order and we waited for over an hour for food and when we asked if she has started on the food she said ''if u dont want the order, its fine i can give it to my other customers''.
Rude customer service, no QR code. And when the food finally came out the food was average, extremely over priced and small portions.
We added extra mushrooms for $5 and extra avocado for $5and between the 4 of us, they probably used half an avocado.
The poached eggs were done in the oven-we heard the microwave but after waiting for so long i was too hungry and angry. My dish was supposed to have 2 poached eggs but i only have 1 and a half... 20 mins later, my husband got the other half of my egg in his dish.
Overpriced, rude, careless owners.
Wish I had read the reviews and avoided this rubbish tip.

RUDEST customer service I have EVER EXPERIENCED! Like others, I don’t normally leave reviews, but felt compelled to warn others.
I’ve read other almost identical reviews, something CLEARLY needs to be done.
I have never seen such an awful display of people skills in hospitality before.

The place was practically empty. My mother politely asked the lady working if there was a bathroom in the building. She informed us “no”, and told us to go back to the two packed stalls back down at the beach. We said “oh that’s a shame, there isn’t any others nearby or up at the club?” She angrily said “I just SAID NO!” We were both visibly shaken and appalled! It has put us off every returning and tainted our day out (which was for my mother’s birthday I might add).

The WORST experience I have ever had. The rudest lady working there. Asked her a simple question politely to ask if there were any bathrooms and she was unbelievably rude. Told me she wasn’t an information desk and that I was “entitled” for asking a question. NEVER EVER GOING BACK! Such a shame! If I could give this zero stars I would.

My partner and I went here for brunch the other day.
I was quite disappointed to see the pictures on google were nothing compared to the actual food and place. The menu was very small and misleading. The food was bad. Menu said 'served with crisps' meaning a handful of actual smiths bag of chips. Horrified that they were terribly stale. Cheap pricing but expensive for the quality the food is. Coffee was burnt and terribly made. The staff was pretty negligent when it came to service. I wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I'm not one to do reviews but..
Came here for father's day, coffee was good and that's where it ends..
We order, all good and.....
After 1 hour and 10 minutes of waiting and waiting.. the wait staff ask for the 3rd time, "Can I just check what you ordered?" Yes that's right, they hadn't even started cooking our food!!! she looked at us and said "would you like to just cancel your order? (I felt so sorry for her)." We said yes, we'll just pay for our coffees thanks. Place wasn't even that busy and you could see the rest of the customers were getting frustrated that their meals were not coming out either. Had to go and buy lunch at a bakery elsewhere as we were starving!!
Very disappointing. Won't be going back!!
