The venue is absolutely stunning! The vibe there is so different to anything I’ve experienced when it comes to bathhouses. It’s bang on! The amenities are SO clean and that’s something I’m big on. The staff keep it looking clean, dry and fantastic all day.
The staff are friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable about all things sauna and cold plunging.
I plan on making this place a weekly regular in my health and relaxation routine.
10/10 would recommend.

Just what Potts Point needed! What a beautiful space with sauna, cold plunge and relaxation spots. Left there feeling so uplifted and relaxed. The whole place is spotless and the experience is incredible. Definitely will return!

Beautiful, clean, well designed and calming space right in the heart of Potts Point. There are so many gyms in the area, that it's great to see the addition of the first dedicated wellness/recovery space focusing on sauna and ice bath experience. Bathrooms, lockers, showers, ice baths, large 20+ sauna are brand new. I love my visit there and can't wait to make it a weekly recovery visit in my routine!

I've been to many saunas in Japan, and this is a sauna as good as in Japan！！

I'm also happy that there is a free sauna hat.
And this staff is kind:)

Best sauna in Sydney. Beautiful space, lovely big, clean sauna and ice baths and great vibes and music. Loved all the little touches, salt lemon water, sauna caps. Dave is lovely, knowledgeable, and welcoming.

Awesome experience from start to end. Beautiful, clean and spacious space. Dave and team make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Sauna gets super hot into the 90s - critical for an awesome sauna experience. Highly recommend checking out the newest best thing in PP!

Came down from Melbourne for the weekend to run the Sydney marathon and stopped past 1remedy. This is by far the best place I’ve been to. The facilities are top of the range and the staff were amazing. I will definitely come back to this place when I’m in town. Thank you for the awesome experience.
