Dropped in for a game of tennis with my husband and met quite possibly the kindest and welcoming couple in the world, John and Robyn. More than the breathtaking views, location of the accomodation and incredible food offerings - our interactions with this beautiful couple have left us mesmerised and grateful.

We had an amazing stay at 145 Western. We were looking for a relaxing, quiet and secluded break and Robyn and John delivered. We stayed in the ‘Harris’ and were spoilt with our luxury room and beautiful views. Robyn and John were amazing hosts making us feel very welcome from the beginning of our stay. The food was amazing and they catered to any needs. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay in the future.

This was our first stay with Robyn, John and the super friendly, furry, king-of-the-house Hutch. We couldn’t have asked for more, beautiful accommodation, fantastic food and wonderful, welcoming hosts that made us feel so relaxed.

The property is gorgeous with high end finishes and easy walking distance to Montville. Definitely feels like a high end boutique hotel with the warmth and hospitality of a B&B. We will definitely be back!

We booked this place in last minute and what a great choice it was! The accommodation ticks all the boxes with high end furnishings, very comfortable bed, stunning views and peaceful surroundings. Robyn and John are fantastic hosts who think of every little detail, the list is so long that we would recommend to experience it first hand 😊. Simply superb.

My wife and I stay last weekend, it’s only new on the scene but it’s first class. John and Robyn are magnificent hosts, the newly finished accommodation is brilliant with great views over the valley below.
Only a short walk into Montville but it will be hard to leave the property.
Recommend the view from the fire pit and John’s ‘lamb rack’ best I have every had!!
